Thanks
Thanks everyone, been having a hard time with anixety and panic, and it has been a life line having people to share it with. Your answers make a difference to me even though we are prob thousands of miles a way! thanks a lot!
Face what makes you axious and panic. Start small if it helps and build up until you feel comfortable enough to do anything. Keep doing small things that make you anxious until you feel ok, then do something more and keep doing it.
Edit: I suggest trying to beat anxiety without medication fi you can. It’s better in the long run. Relaxing is hard, but you have nothing to worry about really and the more you do things the more relaxed you will become
Positive thinking and doing something about it is the key to overcoming it

Hey,
There are medicines available and therapy but if you want a home remedy/prevention then try and stay as relaxed as you can, being stressed or worried is a trigger to anxiety and panic attacks. This might sound crazy but if you face whatever makes you anxious then there is a better chance you can beat the anxiety…good luck

at first try to make yourself slow down and breath slowly(control your breathing,,,) and then you could start to think about it …and try to think of the reason why you are panic and anxiety,,,and you step by step try to get closer to what you are fear of and try to understand the object or staff which make you panic ,,,,,and you may overcome it ….

Always think worse case senario (like what you are scared of), and then think what would be the reality of that for you? You will be surprised that actually you will be able to cope better than you think and there is always a way forward for you.
Often it is the feeling of fear that your body gives you in association with the frightening thought, rather than the actual thought itself that provokes the intense feelings of anxiety disorder.

exercise. as much as you can. it is the single best cure to control panic. know why? my theory is that you are literally exercising your ‘flight’ response that people say triggers panic – so if that is satisfied, the likelihood of another straight after is lessened.
trust me, i had suffered these for years and the only remedy is regular exercise, if i stop for more than few days, i get the panic feelings back
best x

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There’s this strange herb called "St John’s Wort" – it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John’s Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced… you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior – Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction… There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to….
