As a person who has to deal with Panic Attacks my symptoms don’t occur when I’m not having an attack. When I do my heart races, I get a really bad headache and I start to shake. I don’t’ really have any fear, I just feel like my body’s out of control. This feeling can last about five or ten minutes. It feels a whole lot longer though.
